- Arranging a viewing
Make sure you regularly check our in-store and online portfolio of properties, then once you see a property you like, call us and we'll arrange a time that's suitable for you and our vendor. - Following the viewing
We will contact you for feedback. It is essential that we get this because, if the property you have viewed doesn't suit your requirements, we can alter our search for you. Your feedback is also incredibly helpful to the vendor as they may need to make changes to their property to benefit the sale. - Making an offer
Once you have found the perfect property, call us to make an offer and we'll negotiate with the vendor on your behalf. We do recommend that your offer is as close to the asking price as possible as this will put you in a stronger position to secure the property and enhance your status with the seller. - Fixtures and fittings
If there are items that you would specifically like to include in the sale, you should ideally mention this when you submit your offer. However, when your offer has been accepted, the seller will complete a fixture and fitting list detailing items included in the sale. This will be included in the paperwork received by your solicitor/conveyancer. - Once your offer has been accepted
